Bobcat runners compete at historic Gettysburg

GETTYSBURG, Pa:  Battling the cold and win, the Pitt-Greensburg men's and women's cross country teams competed at historic Gettysburg College Saturday morning, amongst a competitive field mixed of NCAA Division I, II and III teams.

The men finished 20th overall as a team and were led by freshman Daniel Spanner who finished the 8k race 54th overall with a time of 27:44.2.  Junior Tyler Lookabaugh also finished under the 30 minute mark, coming in with a time of 29:49.4, good for 103rd overall.

The women finished 23rd overall as a team and were paced by sophomore Kelsey Oddis who came in 93rd overall with a 6k time of 26:01.3.  Classmate Marie Miller finished 133rd overall with a time of 27:45.3

The Bobcats will be off until the AMCC Championships on Saturday October 31st, hosted by Penn State Behrend in Erie, PA.
