Chris Common posted a .500 batting average for Pitt-Greensburg over the three games played last week. In the non-conference matchup at Mount Union, he tied a school record with four walks on the day, and in his fifth at-bat of the afternoon ,smacked an RBI single. Against Penn State Behrend, he went 2-for-4 with two doubles, two runs, and drove in two RBI. Through 18 games into his senior season, Common is batting .313 with five doubles, a home run and leads the team with three triples. He also is tied with Ben Green for most RBI (18).Â
