Men's Tennis Upended At Westminster

NEW WILMINGTON- The Pitt-Greensburg men's tennis team fell 7-2 at Westminster in the final nonconference match of the season, Monday afternoon.

Westminster opened with wins at the top two doubles spots, but the pairing of Terrance Madarish and Jeremy Simms kept the match within reach, giving Pitt-Greensburg a win at #3 doubles, by a score of 8-4. 

Simms also was victorious in his singles match as he cruised past Alec Rich, 6-1, 6-0. Unfortunately for the Bobcats, the Titans posted wins in all five of the other singles contests. 


Pitt-Greensburg is back in action Thursday afternoon, as it travels to Steubenville, Ohio to face Franciscan at 4 pm.
