Women's Basketball Falls in Last Road Game of the Season

CRESSON, PA – Junior guard Trinity Lockwood-Morris' 16 points, 12 rebounds, two assists, and a block was not enough for the Pitt-Greensburg women's basketball team as the Bobcats were defeated by Mount Aloysius 83-40. Freshman Jocelyn Bielak recorded ten points and seven rebounds, while fellow freshman Ca'Mari Walden had ten rebounds in the loss.

Mount Aloysius shot 44 percent from the floor and made eight three-pointers, scoring 27 fast-break points and 52 points in the paint. The Bobcats shot 19 percent from the floor and made five shots from behind the arc. UPG turned the ball over 14 times, but the Mounties scored 17 points off those turnovers. Pitt-Greensburg forced Mount Aloysius into ten turnovers but could only capitalize for seven points off those turnovers.

The Bobcats will play in the team's final game of the season on Saturday when the Panthers of Pitt-Bradford visit Chambers Hall. Tip-off will be at 4 p.m.
