The Pitt-Greensburg men's golf team put together a strong two-round performance at the Sunnehanna Country Club, finishing tied for second with Saint Vincent College at 623 (+63). Leading the way for the Bobcats was Seth Tomalski, who captured the individual title after a standout 36-hole performance.
Seth Tomalski opened the tournament with a 74 (+4) in the first round before improving an even-par 72 (+2) in the second round. His two-round total of 146 (+6) was enough to secure first place.
Anthony Treonze finished with a 76 (+6) in the first round and a 79 (+9) in the second round for a 155 (+15) total. Nicholas Thomas followed with rounds of 81 (+11) and 80 (+10) to finish at 161 (+21) total. Louis Nedzinski carded an 81 (+11) in the opening and followed with 81 (+11) to finish with a 162 (+22) total, tied for 37th place. Ethan Rice rounded out the Bobcats' lineup with an 84 (+14) and an 80 (+10) in the second, finishing at 164 (+24).
With Tomalski taking the top spot and the Bobcats finishing just two strokes out of first as a team, Pitt-Greensburg will carry this momentum into the AMCC Championship at Indiana Country Club on October 12th through October 13th.
