Lantz is entering her second season as head coach in the 2023-2024 season. In her first season, Lantz led the Bobcats to their third consecutive appearance in the AMCC Semi Finals. The Bobcats went 14-3, 9-5 in AMCC Play, earning the team the thrid seed in the AMCC Tournament.

Lantz graduated from Pitt-Bradford and spent time as assistant coach at Thiel before coming to Pitt-Greensburg prior to the 2022-2023 season.
