Alex Rohlf was hired as the Sports Information Director at Pitt-Greensburg in July 2025. She holds a Master of Science in Intercollegiate Athletic Administration from California University of Pennsylvania, a Master of Science in Data Marketing/Statistics from West Virginia University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing/Communication from Saint Vincent College.

Most recently, Alex served as Head Softball Coach, Academic & Compliance Officer, and Sports Information Director at Garrett College. In this multifaceted role, she led the strategic rebuild of the softball program, recruiting over a dozen athletes for its relaunch and laying the foundation for future success. She managed academic eligibility for all NJCAA-affiliated teams, maintained comprehensive student-athlete records, and collaborated closely with faculty to support academic achievement. Her work also included overseeing athletic communications, live streaming, social media, and website content, ensuring consistent branding and engagement across platforms.

Prior to her time at Garrett, Alex was Head Softball Coach and Athletic Assistant at Penn State Fayette. There, she revitalized a struggling program, guiding the team to a playoff berth and coaching multiple athletes to USCAA All-American honors, including a National Player of the Year. She led all recruiting efforts, developed position-specific training programs, and fostered a culture of academic excellence, with her team achieving the highest GPA on campus.

In addition to her campus roles, Alex has contributed to national championship events through the United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA), serving as a Tournament Sports Information Director across multiple sports. Her responsibilities have included live statistics, broadcast production, and media coordination at high-profile events.

Alex is also the regional director of the Lady Dukes Softball Club, a national organization that has over 150 teams across the country.
