Bobcats blanked by Frostburg, 2-0
Box Score FROSTBURG, Md: Pitt-Greensburg men's soccer team was held off the scoreboard on Saturday afternoon, falling to tournament host Frostburg State 2-0.
It was the Bobcats of Frostburg who had the advantage on this day, outshooting UPG 26-2. FSU got on the board late in the first half when Frostburg's Kunle Akinfeleye took a centering pass from Chris Jones inside the 6 yard mark and was able to beat UPG keeper Brandon Galley to give FSU a 1-0 lead at the 38:02 mark. Minutes later, FSU's Chris Herbert found the back of the net off a pass from Brandon Rodgers, to put Frostburg up 2-0.

Brandon Galley (Mt. Pleasant, PA, Southmoreland) made 6 saves in goal.
Pitt-Greensburg (0-2) will look to get in the win column on Wednesday night when they travel to Waynesburg University in a non conference matchup. Game time is set for 8:30pm.
