Lady Bobcats defeated by Allegheny, Muskingum at Bearcat Challenge

Box Score 2 LATROBE, Pa: Pitt-Greensburg volleyball finished day two of the Bearcat Challenge, dropping a pair of contests to Allegheny College and Muskingum College.
The Bobcats squared off against the Gators of Allegheny College in the morning contest, falling in three sets (12-25, 19-25, 13-25). Sophomore
Renee' Ault (Oakmont, PA, Riverview) led the Bobcat attack with 6 kills, while classmate
Paige Misawic (Levittown, PA, Pennsbury) tallied 10 assists. Freshman
Erica Bosh (Pittsburgh, PA, Keystone Oaks) set a career high 38 digs.
In the nightcap, Muskingum College downed the Bobcats in three sets by scores of 15-25, 11-25, and 21-25. Sophomore
Lauren Tassone (Venetia, PA, Peters Township) had 6 kills for the Bobcats, while Misawic added 8 more assists. Ault had 3 service aces and Bosh added 20 digs.
The Lady Bobcats will be off until next weekend when they travel to Pittsburgh , PA for the La Roche Invitational. They will square off next Friday (Sept 5) against Waynesburg University at 5:30pm followed by a 7pm matchup with Bluffton University.
