Maggie Kelly scored the game-winning goal in the 100
th minute to lift the Pitt-Greensburg women's soccer team (3-6-1, 1-2-0 AMCC) to a dramatic 3-2 victory over Franciscan (3-7-0, 0-2-0 AMCC) on Tuesday evening at Latrobe High School.
The goal was the first of her career for Kelly and gave the Bobcats their first win in conference play this season.

Camille Hickman scored in the 56

nd minute, but Franciscan scored two goals in the final eight minutes that resulted from two corner kicks to force extra time.
The Bobcats were on the attack for much of the overtime period, outshooting the Barons 5-2. Nearing five minutes left in the first overtime period,
Kayleen Schwegler was one-on-one with Sarah Luebking and the Baron goalkeeper made a great diving stop, but the rebound ricocheted to Kelly, who fired it into the empty net to give the Bobcats the 3-2 victory.
Overall for the match, Franciscan and Pitt-Greensburg each had 17 shots, but the Barons held a slight 11-8 advantage in shots on goal. Schwegler led the way for the Bobcats totaling a game-high eight attempts, while Maria Boston and Katie Kilian each had four strikes to lead the Barons.
Pitt-Greensburg returns to action this Sunday (Oct. 2), when it travels to Bradford, Pa to face Pitt-Bradford at 1:00 p.m.
