BUFFALO, N.Y.- Nadege Durand recorded her second-straight double-double with 15 points and 10 rebounds, but the Pitt-Greensburg women's basketball (1-4, 1-1 AMCC) team dropped a road contest 60-46 to Medaille (4-3, 1-0 AMCC) in an Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference matchup Saturday afternoon in the Sullivan Center.

Saturday's game was the conference road-opener for Pitt-Greensburg.

Kelsey Oddis was also in double-figures for the Bobcats as the senior totaled 13 points on 5-of-15 from the floor, while Sabre Turner also chipped in with seven points and eight boards.

Medaille had two players record double-figure scoring outputs, led by Dani Reinwald's game-high 30 points and 14 rebounds.

Medaille went into the locker room holding a 27-24 advantage, but broke the game with a big second half. The Mavericks outscored the Bobcats 33-22 and connected on 13-of-37 field goals in the second half of action, compared to 9-of-30 from the field for Pitt-Greensburg.

Reinwald led the charge on the boards for the Mavs, hauling down 14 boards, eight of which came on the offensive end. As a team, Medaille did a great job of creating extra possessions with 21 offensive rebounds, and turned the rebounds into 27 second chance points.

Pitt-Greensburg trailed by nine with three minutes left in the opening quarter, but continued to chip away at the deficit and would get within one late in the first half, as Durand connected on a layup to make the score 21-20.

Durand scored the last points of the half with a layup and the Bobcats went into the half trailing by three, 27-24.

Pitt-Greensburg kept the game to a single-digit margin for the opening part of the third quarter, but Medaille continued to hold off the Bobcats and would go on for the 60-46 win.

The Bobcats return to action Wednesday evening when they take to the road to face Mt. Aloysius at 8 pm.
