CRESSON- The Pitt-Greensburg women's volleyball team fell to Mt. Aloysius in three sets (20-25, 22-25, 16-25) Wednesday evening in an Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference matchup.
Mt. Aloysius totaled a hitting percentage of .202, while Pitt-Greensburg posted a .049 hitting percentage.
Amanda Ross led the Bobcats with six kills, and right behind the senior were freshmen
Marissa Leonard and
Rayli Turek each had five.
Emma Dongilli recorded 20 assists in defeat, her sixth-straight match with 20 or more assists, and the ninth time this season she has accomplished the feat.
Sarah Fisher paced the Mounties with a match-high 15 kills and Emma Pevarnik chipped in with 19 assists.
Erica Bosh recorded 21 digs for the match, the fifth time the senior libero has totaled 20 or mre digs, while Dongilli was second on the team with 12 digs.
Pitt-Greensburg travels to Meadville this weekend for two matches, facing Westminster Saturday afternoon at 12 pm, followed by a matchup with Allegheny at 2:30 pm.
