GREENSBURG – Pitt-Greensburg women's soccer kept their win streak alive (4-0-0) with a 4-2 win over Chatham University. Highlighting the game was a hat trick from sophomore Tiffany Michalek.

Michalek scored her first of the match in the 19th minute off of a terrific pass from Allie Grimm, who stole the ball from a Chatham defender to set up the goal. Less than 20 seconds later however, Chatham struck off a rebound to tie the game 1-1. That was the first goal of the season given up by sophomore keeper Lauren Yoder.

During the 47th minute of the game, Pitt-Greensburg took over possession of the ball and rushed the Chatham goal. The initial shot was blocked and the rebound was up for grabs. Ashley Lucas made a falling shot at the net, and freshman Alexsia Barlamas tapped the ball in to put Pitt-Greensburg up 2-1.

At minute 64, Michalek received a pass from Lucas, and shot it over the goalie into the far side of the net while falling down for the Bobcats third goal of the match.Less than a minute later, Michalek scored on a pass from Lucas, her third assist of the game, from almost the exact same spot as the previous goal. She shot it over the keeper's hands into the far left side of the net to complete the hat trick and make it 4-1 Bobcats. Michalek's third goal of the game was enough to force Chatham to make a goalkeeper substitution.
