CRESSON- Pitt-Greensburg men's tennis defeated Mt. Aloysius 5-4 in thrilling tiebreaker. The Bobcats now have a 1-1 record on the season.
In doubles matches Pitt-Greensburg went 1-2. Sophomores Andrew Oden and Francisco Garcia won their set 8-5.
During the singles sets sophomore Turner Price, senior Terrance Madarish, Garcia, and Oden won their respective sets.
With the match tied 4-4 heading into the final match, Oden was able to come back from a 2-5 deficit in the second set to force a tiebreaker. He won the tiebreaker and was able to seal the victory for the Bobcats.
Pitt-Greensburg heads on the road next Saturday (Sept 28) to take on Westminster College in New Wilmington for an 11am start.
