Bobcats fall in first playoff appearance since 2014

Four second half goals downed the Bobcat Men's Soccer team in the AMCC Quarter Finals. Pitt-Greensburg traveled to Mount Aloysius College to compete in the playoffs for the first time since 2014.
 
Mount was able to put pressure on the Bobcats defense and keep the pressure up as they had 23 shots in the game, with 14 going on goal. MAC had 13 shots in the first half and ten shots in the second half. Pitt-Greensburg was only able to record seven shots throughout the match with four getting on goal.
 
Travis Beadle led Mount with two goals eight minutes apart. Jonathan Fernandez and Jesper Stensson also found the back of the net. Ross Hartley led the Bobcats in shots on goal with two while jack Shirley and Jason Argueta also recording a shot on goal.
 
Carson Gilarno led the way for the Bobcats coking off the bench, playing 58 minutes and recording one shot. Danny Rodgers played 54 minutes in goal and gave up two shots while recording eight saves. Shayne Kaisc also played in the net for UPG, playing 36 minutes letting up two goals and recording two saves.
 
The Bobcats will have a lot coming back next season and will look to build on the team's playoff appearance.
