MONACA, PA – The University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg women's basketball team returned to the hardwood this evening after a 12-day hiatus and did not miss a beat, as they took down Penn State Beaver, 79-69, on the road.

The Bobcats (4-1) shot 44.6 percent from the field en route to putting up their most points in a game this season. Beaver (1-4) ended up outshooting the Bobcats, at 47.5 percent, but Pitt-Greensburg forced 23 turnovers and owned the offensive boards (14-9) which led to 14 more shot attempts.

Nadege Durand led three Bobcats in double figures with a season-best 25 points on 12-of-18 shooting. She has now scored double digits in all five games to start the year. Durand added 11 rebounds to post her third straight double-double of the early season.

Sidney McCully poured in 19 points and filled the stat line for a second straight game, earning her first career double-double. The junior guard pulled down a career-high 13 rebounds and swiped 7 steals, also a career-high.

Eight Bobcats found the scoring column, with Maddie Sitler rounding out the double-digit scorers at 14.
