Men's Tennis Drops Match At Penn State Behrend

Box Score ERIE, PA - The University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg men's tennis team dropped their match this afternoon to Penn State Behrend, 8-1.

The Bobcats' record evens at 1-1 after their first weekend of play.

Doubles:

Turner Price and Deven Summers were edged out in a tiebreaker in the doubles opener. Penn State Behrend would go on to take the second and third doubles matches by scores of 8-2 and 8-0.


Singles:

Price was the lone bright spot for Pitt-Greensburg in the match. He took down his opponent in the #1 singles match with a clean 6-0, 6-0 sweep.

The Lions swept the remaining five matches to finish off the 8-1 win.


Pitt-Greensburg will return to the court next Saturday, when they travel to Washington and Jefferson College. First service is set for 10 am.
