Volleyball Earns First Conference Win of Season

GREENSBURG – The Pitt-Greensburg women's volleyball team earned its first conference win and kept its playoff hopes alive as they defeated the Hilbert Hawks in four sets inside Chambers Hall.
 
The Bobcats dropped the first set but powered through the next three defeating the Hawks 25-15,25-13, and 25-15. Freshman Madison Friess had 18 kills, six aces, and 18 digs. Junior Jadyn Zemba recorded 18 digs herself to lead the Bobcats. Senior Kaylee George dished out 29 assists in the match.
 
The Bobcats will be back on the court this Tuesday when they travel to La Roche to take on the RedHawks. First serve will be at 7 PM.
