Volleyball Drops Two on a Doubleheader Saturday

ERIE – It was a doubleheader Saturday for the Pitt-Greensburg volleyball team as they took on PS Behrend in an AMCC matchup, followed by a nonconference match against Oberlin. The Bobcats dropped both matches, 3-1 to Behrend and 3-0 to Oberlin.
 
Freshman Madison Freiss led the team with 26 kills and 20 digs over the two matches. Senior Kaylee George tallied 39 assists, 29 of them coming in the match against Behrend. The Bobcats were able to take the second set against Behrend, however, were outscored 50-27 in the next two sets.
 
The Bobcats will be off until November 4 when Pitt-Bradford pays a visit to Chambers Hall. It will be senior day for Pitt-Greensburg.
