Women's Basketball Drops Rematch Against Carnegie Mellon

PITTSBURGH – It was a rematch in the Burgh for the Bobcat women's basketball team as they took on the Tartans of Carnegie Mellon for the second time in four games. CMU got the best of the Bobcats in today's game 70-42.
 
Sophomore Madison Scalese led the way for the Bobcats with eight points, five rebounds, and two steals. Anna Durbin was the leading scorer for the Bobcats with nine points and added seven rebounds off the bench. Freshman Malina Boord also brought down seven boards while scoring five points.
 
Pitt-Greensburg will begin conference play in their next game as they will travel to Altoona to take on The Lions in Adler Arena on Nov. 29. Tip off will be at 7 pm.
