Steubenville, Oh – Pitt-Greensburg women's soccer conceded 12 shots on goal in a 4-0 loss to Franciscan in the Bobcats' Season Opener on Friday.
Sophomore keeper Hailey Kepner made eight saves in the match, but it was not enough as the short-handed Bobcats were not able to keep the Barons in check. First-year forward Paige Inman recorded the Bobcats lone shot on goal. Nine Bobcats played the full-90.
Pitt-Greensburg will host the Phoenix of Wilson College on Sunday with the match kicking off at 1 PM. The match will be played on the campus of Westmoreland County Community College in Youngwood, Pa.
