Women's Soccer Falls to John Carroll

University Heights, Oh - AMCC Defensive Player of the Week and Junior Keeper Paige John was a busy Bobcat tonight as the Blue Streaks recorded 14 shots on goal tonight, defeating the Bobcats 3-1 in a match at Don Shula Stadium.
 
John made 11 saves in the match while the Bobcats got four shots on goal, with sophomore Kylie Smith netting her second goal of the season. The Bobcats were able to take three corner kicks compared to just one for John Carroll, with two of them coming in the second half.
 
The Bobcats will open AMCC play this weekend on the road as they travel to Bradford to take on the Panthers on Sunday. Kickoff will be at 1 pm.
