Women's Basketball Eclipse 100 Points Against Wells

GREENSBURG- The Pitt-Greensburg women's basketball team eclipsed the century mark today for the fifth time in program history as the Bobcats defeated the Express of Wells College 105-24. Malina Boord and Melina Maietta both scored over 20 points in the victory. Boord had a game-high 24 points while Maietta had 21 herself.
 
Rebound were a plenty for the Bobcats as the team brought in 56 with 13 of them going to sophomore Tianna Moracco. Boord added seven boards herself to go with her 24 points and five assists. Five Bobcats had at least five rebounds in the game. Pitt-Greensburg was had a season-low seven turnovers in the game compared to 21 steals. The Bobcats had an assist to turnover ratio of over 4:1.
 
Pitt-Greensburg will put their three-game winning streak on the line this Wednesday as AMCC rival La Roche pays a visit to Chambers Hall. Tip-off will be at 7:00 PM.
