Men's Tennis Can't Chase Tornadoes

BEAVER FALLS, PA—It wasn't quite tennis weather outside, but the Bobcat men's tennis team stayed warm in an indoor match against Geneva on Friday. The Bobcats dropped the match 7-0 to the Golden Tornadoes. 
 
Geneva handled the first two doubles matches rather convincingly, winning by a combined 12-1. No. 3 doubles was a battle as Jack Norris and Daniel Cipcic fell by just three. The Tornadoes took the doubles point as a result. 
Singles play went all Geneva's way as the Tornadoes swept the Bobcats. Sophomore Ryan Cole battled to a 2-6,2-6 result, while senior Roman Ruscitto was the other Bobcat to record points in both sets as he went down 2-6,1-6. 
 
The Bobcats will be on break for the winter but will be back in play for AMCC Tennis next semester.
