Six Bobcats Score Double Figures in Win Over Mount Aloysius

CRESSON – Six Bobcats scored in double-figures in a back-and-forth games that included 11 lead changes. Micah Jones had 20 points off the bench while hitting five three-pointers, securing five rebounds, swiping four steals, and dishing out three assists in his third game back from a month-long hiatus due to injury. Trent Rozich scored 17 points while three Bobcats score 15, including Ryan Greggerson who added ten rebounds for a double-double. James Evans-Mcquay had ten points of his own in the 95-91 victory.
 
The Bobcats shot over 47 percent from the floor and 45 percent from being the arc. The Bobcats shot a total of 23 free throws, making 20 of them for an 87 percent clip. The Mounties did not miss a free throw, but only made it to the line seven times. The Bobcats bench outscored the Mounties 23-9 and Pitt-Greensburg had ten more points in the paint.
 
Pitt-Greensburg will have an inside track to hosting a first-round playoff game for the second consecutive season. The Bobcats will first take on the Panthers of Pitt-Bradford this Saturday in the regular season finale. The game will be part of a double header with the women and will start at approximately 4:00 PM.
