Three Unanswered Goals Lead Men's Soccer Over Waynesburg

WAYNESBURG, PA – Three unanswered goals, with two coming from freshman Arlo McIntyre led the Pitt-Greensburg men's soccer team to a momentum-building second-half comeback over the Jackets of Waynesburg on Wednesday night. Fellow Freshman Cam Loveland also scored his first collegiate goal in part of a 3-2 Bobcat win.

Things didn't start out great for the Bobcats as the Jackets scored two goals in the eight minute to put them up 2-0. It wasn't until the 54th minute that McIntyre was able to get the Bobcats on the board. McIntyre's second goal came in the 71st minute with Loveland's game-winner coming in the 77th minute. Sophomore Kaleb Eddy made six saves on eight shots for the Bobcats, earning his first collegiate win.

The Bobcats will continue on the road for their third out of five-straight games away from Ridilla Field on Saturday when they take on the Hood Blazers. Kickoff will be at 5:00 PM
