Bonelli Propels Women's Soccer Over Saint Vincent

GREENSBURG – It was a goal two years in the making for senior forward Emily Bonelli, who scored her first goal of her senior season, after not playing two years due to injury. Bonelli's goal led the Bobcats in a victory over the Saint Vincent Bearcats in the Battle of Route 30.
 
Dionna Santia got the assist on the Bonelli goal. The Bobcats out shot the Bearcats 15-12 with nine of the 15 shots being on goal. Senior Paige John made three saves in the match, all in the first half. It was a very clean game as there were only a total of nine fouls between the teams and there was not a card handed out.
 
The Bobcats will travel to the Philadelphia area this weekend to play two matches. The Bobcats will take on Bryn Athyn on Friday and Gwynedd Mercy on Saturday.
