Women's Basketball Falls to Behrend

GREENSBURG – Women's basketball was back inside Chambers Hall today as the Lions of Penn State Behrend visited Greensburg. Four Penn State Behrend players scored in double-figures, and the Lions defeated the Bobcats 88-60.
 
Tiana Moracco recorded yet another double-double, scoring a game-high 19 points and 12 rebounds. Freshman Autumn Matthews scored 12 points and brought down eight rebounds, while fellow freshman Jocelyn Bielak also recorded eight rebounds and scored double figures.
 
The Lions scored 27 bench points and had 24 points off turnovers. The Bobcats made it to the free-throw line 17 times and shot 76 percent. Pitt-Greensburg will return to the court on Wednesday when they travel to Altoona. Tip-off will be at 7 p.m. inside Adler Arena.
