Game 1: Pitt-Greensburg 10, Pitt-Bradford 0
Pitt-Greensburg opened Saturday's doubleheader in commanding fashion, rolling to a 10-0 shutout victory over Pitt-Bradford at Sargent's Stadium. Behind a dominant complete-game effort from Conner Burkey and an explosive offensive showing, the Bobcats controlled the game from the very first inning.
The Bobcats wasted no time setting the tone in the bottom of the first. After a leadoff single from Ben Aftanas, Colby Rearick delivered an RBI triple to put Pitt-Greensburg on the board. Tommy Smith followed with an RBI double, quickly extending the lead to 2-0.
That early momentum carried into the third inning, where Pitt-Greensburg broke the game open. Rearick started the rally with a double, and the Bobcats strung together five hits in the frame. RBI knocks from Colin Solinski and Josh Preston pushed the lead to 4-0 before Jonah Marks delivered the big blow—a two-run double—to cap a four-run inning and make it 6-0.
The offense continued to surge in the fourth inning. Rearick again sparked the rally with a double, and Solinski drove him in with a single. Preston followed with an RBI triple, and Marks added another run-scoring hit as the Bobcats plated three more runs to stretch the advantage to 9-0.
On the mound, Burkey was in complete control throughout. The right-hander scattered just three hits across seven shutout innings while striking out eight and issuing no walks. He worked efficiently and was backed by clean defense, including a pair of double plays that kept Bradford off the board.
Tommy Smith added the final exclamation point in the sixth inning, launching a solo home run to center field to cap the scoring at 10-0.
Pitt-Greensburg totaled 14 hits in the opener, with Rearick leading the way with three hits and three runs scored. Smith, Solinski, and Preston each drove in two runs, while Marks added a team-high three RBIs.

The nightcap required late-game heroics, as Pitt-Greensburg rallied from an early deficit to complete the doubleheader sweep with a 7-5 victory.
Pitt-Bradford struck first in the opening inning and extended the lead to 3-0 in the second, capitalizing on timely hitting and a defensive miscue. The Bobcats found their first run in the third when Neo Miller tripled and came home on a Ben Aftanas RBI groundout to cut the deficit to 3-1.
Bradford added two more runs in the sixth to push the lead to 5-1, putting Pitt-Greensburg in a four-run hole heading into the late innings.

With momentum on their side, the Bobcats completed the comeback in the eighth. Marks and Pagan Cruz each reached base to set the stage for Gideons, who launched a three-run home run to left field, giving Pitt-Greensburg its first lead of the game at 7-5.
Out of the bullpen, JJ Siemon provided a crucial bridge, tossing 2.2 scoreless innings to earn the win. Mason Miller shut the door in the ninth, striking out two to secure the save.
