Biography

2022 Season: Started 29 games for the Bobcats in 2022. Batted .282 over 110 at bats. Seven of his 31 hits went for extra bases. Drove in 11 runs and scored 17.

2021 Season: Named AMCC Player of the Week for first week of the season...Started all 28 games...Hit .330 with 37 hits, 20 runs scored, and drove in a team-high 26 RBI...Ripped nine doubles and slugged .411.. Had eight multi-hit games, highlighted by a 4-for-4 performance in the first matchup against Penn State Behrend...Drove in multiple RBI's eight times, including a four RBI game in the second game against Hiram...Posted a .909 fielding percentage between 27 third base starts and one at first base.

2020 Season: Started seven games during his first season for the Bobcats...Batted .313 with a home run, three runs, and four RBI...Posted a .455 on-base-percentage and slugged an even .500.

Prior to Pitt-Greensburg: A graduate from Albert Gallatin High School, and was coached under Ron Popovich. He was second team all-conference twice, and first team all-district twice as well.

Personal: Was born in Morgantown, W.Va. on June 17, 2001, but his hometown is Uniontown, PA. The son of Julie Ann and Alan Cappellini, and is currently undecided on a major.
