ALTOONA, PA:  The Pitt-Greensburg women's volleyball team took on Penn State Altoona in a conference match, falling 3-0 on the road to the Lions. The team fell to 0-12 overall and 0-4 in conference play.

Pitt-Greensburg lost in straight sets with scores 25-11, 25-22, and 25-20. The offense provided by Pitt-Greensburg was led by junior Lauren Tassone and junior Paige Misawic. Tassone led the team in kills, collecting 7, while Misawic had all of the Bobcat's assists, with a total of 19. Tassone also added some instant offense with 2 service aces. Junior Julie Barron and junior Elizabeth Gerda also added a service ace each. The Bobcats defense was led by senior Kara Barclay, Julie Barron, and junior Renee Ault. Ault and Barron each had one block on the evening, and Barclay led the team with 13 digs.

Pitt-Greensburg will be looking for their elusive first win this season when they take on the Saint Vincent Bearcats in a non-conference match on Monday evening. First set begins at 7pm. Please come out and support Breast Cancer Awareness as the lady Bobcats put on their annual Stand Up To Cancer match. All fans are being asked to wear pink to Monday night's game.
