Schropp’s Game-High 11 Kills Leads Pitt-Greensburg Volleyball To Win Over Allegheny

MEADVILLE- Mackenzie Schropp posted a game-high 11 kills to lead the Pitt-Greensburg women's volleyball team to a 3-0 victory over Allegheny Saturday afternoon. In its first match of the day, Pitt-Greensburg dropped a 3-0 decision to John Carroll.

The Bobcats tallied 38 kills and posted a .136 hitting percentage in the victory over the Gators. Schropp led the way with 11 kills, followed by seven from both Savanna Stephens and Emma Halutick. Emma Dongilli totaled 25 assists, while Kassi Niver posted 27 digs.

Pitt-Greensburg won the match in straight-sets by scores of 25-21, 25-22, and 25-17.

The Bobcats return to action next Saturday (Sept. 28) when it travels to New York to face both Alfred State and D'Youville.
