Bobcats Pass Up Altoona With Late Goal

ALTOONA – A tightly contested match between the Pitt-Greensbuyrg men's soccer team and Penn State Altoona was deadlocked at 0 until an 84th minute goal by Lucas Killen, his second of the season, propelled the Bobcats to a 1-0 AMCC victory.
 
The Bobcats defense took over the match, giving up, just two shots on goal and on corner kick to keep the Lions in check. Brett Barnes saved both shots that he faced. Killen and sophomore Matt Armenio led the Bobcats with two shots on goal each. Pitt-Greensburg had a total of 12 shots with half of them getting on goal.
 
The Bobcats will face last year's AMCC runners-up next Tuesday in Mount Aloysius. Kickoff will be at 4:00 PM.
