Junior Matthew Marinchak led the Bobcats with 25 points over 37 minutes, six rebounds, and two steals. Marinchak shot four of ten from behind the arc. Fellow junior Joziah Wyatt-Taylor was also in double figures, scoring 12 points in 18 minutes. Ryan Greggerson led the Bobcats in rebounds with nine.

The Bobcats tallied nine steals in the game, led by Byer and his three steals. Byer led the Bobcats in steals last season with just over 50.
