Byer's Career High Leads Bobcats Over Baldwin Wallace

BEREA, Ohio – A career-high 31 points for Pitt-Greensburg junior Jackson Byer and 20 points for sophomore Trent Rozich led the Bobcats over Baldwin Wallace on the Yellow Jackets home court. The duo also combined for 19 rebounds and five assists.
 
Junior Michael Bigley was also in double figures with ten points and seven rebounds, with three assists and three steals. The Bobcats got to the free-throw line 32 times, including 23 in the second half, and shot 75 percent from the charity stripe. Pitt-Greensburg also shot over 52 percent from the floor.
 
The Bobcats led most of the game, with only one lead change throughout. The Jackets had five players score in double figures, but they shot just 41 percent from the floor and 23 percent from behind the arc.
 
Pitt-Greensburg will host its first AMCC Doubleheader this Saturday. The Bobcats will welcome the Alfred State Pioneers to Chambers Hall. The men's game will start at 1 p.m., followed by the women's around 3 p.m.
