Volleyball Falls to Waynesburg in Four Sets

WAYNESBURG - The Pitt-Greensburg volleyball team traveled to Waynesburg to take on the Jackets on Wednesday night. The Bobcats fell to Waynesburg in four sets.
 
Waynesburg took set one, but the Bobcats were able to follow that with a 25-17 set victory. However, Waynesburg took the next two sets 25-18 and 25-21. Ca'Mari Walden had a career-high three blocks in the match while Abigail Smulik and Grace Bradley combined for 27 assists. Madison Friess tallied eight kills to tie for the team lead with Haven King. Friess also had 16 digs.
 
The Bobcats will be traveling to Virginia this weekend to compete in a tri-match with Shenandoah and Washington & Lee.
