In a game that featured 11 ties and five lead changes, it was senior Matthew Marinchak who delivered the decisive moment, sinking a jumper with just seven seconds remaining to break an 80-80 tie and lift the Bobcats to a dramatic win.

Pitt-Greensburg showcased a balanced offensive attack, with five players scoring in double figures. Michael Bigley led the way with 15 points and seven rebounds, while Jackson Byer added 14 points and three steals. Ty Keffer contributed 13 points, including key fast-break buckets, and Trent Rozich chipped in 12 points. Marinchak finished with 11 points, including the game-winner. The Bobcats also received strong bench production, with Joziah Wyatt-Taylor scoring seven points and Tony Martin and Jahmir Collins combining for 10 points and solid defensive minutes.

The Bobcats shot 44.1% from the field and 77.1% from the free throw line, converting 27-of-35 attempts. They dominated the glass with a 42-27 rebounding advantage and scored 38 points in the paint. Pitt-Greensburg also capitalized on Baldwin Wallace's mistakes, scoring 20 points off turnovers and adding 16 fast-break points.

After leading 42-40 at halftime, Pitt-Greensburg matched Baldwin Wallace point-for-point in the second half. With the game tied at 80 in the final minute, the Bobcats executed a well-designed possession that ended with Marinchak's clutch jumper. Baldwin Wallace's final attempt came up short, and the Bobcats held on for the win.

Pitt-Greensburg will look to build on the strong start when they return to action Wednesday as they travel to Grove City.
