Pitt-Greensburg Men’s Basketball Announces 2026-27 Schedule

Coming off the best season in program history, the Pitt-Greensburg men's basketball team has announced its schedule for the 2026-27 season.

The Bobcats enter the new campaign following a historic 2025-26 season that saw them finish 22-6 overall and 13-3 in Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference play. Pitt-Greensburg's 22 victories marked the most in a single season in program history, while the Bobcats advanced to the AMCC Championship game before falling to Penn State Behrend.

Pitt-Greensburg opens the 2026-27 campaign on Saturday, Nov. 7, traveling to Berea, Ohio, to face Baldwin Wallace at 1 p.m. The Bobcats return to Chambers Hall for their home opener on Monday, Nov. 9, hosting Grove City at 7 p.m.

The Bobcats then head south for the Frankie Allen Tip-Off Classic, hosted by Roanoke College in Salem, Virginia, on Nov. 13-14. Pitt-Greensburg will face host Roanoke on Friday, Nov. 13, at 6 p.m. before taking on either Greensboro or Salisbury the following afternoon.

Pitt-Greensburg continues its nonconference slate at home against Waynesburg on Nov. 18 before traveling to Allegheny on Nov. 21. The Bobcats close out November by welcoming Geneva to Chambers Hall on Nov. 28.

December begins with Pitt-Greensburg's longest trip of the nonconference schedule, as the Bobcats travel to Michigan to face Adrian on Dec. 5. They return home to host Bethany on Dec. 14 before traveling to Hiram on Dec. 19. Pitt-Greensburg closes out the 2026 calendar year at Chambers Hall against Westminster on Dec. 30.

The Bobcats begin AMCC play on Wednesday, Jan. 6, traveling to Pittsburgh to face La Roche at 7 p.m. Pitt-Greensburg opens the home portion of its conference schedule three days later when Hilbert visits Chambers Hall for a 1 p.m. matchup on Jan. 9.

A busy January continues with the Bobcats hosting Mount Aloysius on Jan. 13 before back-to-back road contests at Pitt-Bradford on Jan. 16 and Penn State Altoona on Jan. 18. Pitt-Greensburg returns home to face Carlow on Jan. 23.

One of the most anticipated games on the schedule comes Wednesday, Jan. 27, when Penn State Behrend visits Chambers Hall for a 7 p.m. rematch of last season's AMCC Championship game. The Bobcats defeated Behrend, 67-55, at home during the 2025-26 regular season before the Lions edged Pitt-Greensburg, 66-61, in the conference title game.

Pitt-Greensburg closes January on the road at Hilbert on Jan. 30 before opening February with a trip to Mount Aloysius on Feb. 3.

The Bobcats then return to Chambers Hall for consecutive conference games, hosting La Roche on Feb. 6 and Penn State Altoona on Feb. 10. Road contests at Carlow on Feb. 13 and Penn State Behrend on Feb. 17 follow, with the trip to Erie serving as the second regular-season meeting between last year's AMCC finalists.

Pitt-Greensburg concludes the regular season at home on Saturday, Feb. 20, welcoming Pitt-Bradford to Chambers Hall for a 2 p.m. tip.

The Bobcats will look to build on the momentum of their record-setting 2025-26 campaign as they pursue another run toward the top of the AMCC standings and the conference championship.
