The University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg men's basketball program placed five student-athletes on the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) Honors Court for the 2025-26 academic year, recognizing their outstanding achievements in the classroom.

Representing the Bobcats on the Honors Court are Matthew Marinchak (Early Childhood and Special Education), Trent Rozich (Data Analytics), Jackson Byer (Management), Ben Thomas (Management), and Michael Bigley (Management).

The recognition caps a memorable year for a senior class that excelled both on the hardwood and in the classroom. Pitt-Greensburg's 2025-26 team established new program standards on the court, while continuing to demonstrate the department's commitment to academic excellence. Three of the five honorees also earned All-Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) recognition during the season, including Rozich, who was named the AMCC Player of the Year.

The NABC Honors Court recognizes men's college basketball student-athletes who have distinguished themselves academically during the previous season. To earn the honor, student-athletes must be academically classified as a junior, senior, or graduate student, compete as a varsity player, maintain a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.2 at the conclusion of the academic year, and represent a four-year institution with an active NABC member coach.

The five selections highlight the well-rounded success of Pitt-Greensburg's senior class, showcasing the dedication, leadership, and commitment required to excel as both students and student-athletes.
