The University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg placed six players on the 2026 Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference Baseball All-Conference teams, highlighted by a pair of First Team selections for junior pitcher Conner Burkey and senior third baseman Tommy Smith.
Burkey continued his dominant run on the mound for the Bobcats, earning First Team honors after anchoring the Pitt-Greensburg pitching staff throughout the spring. The junior right-hander was one of the conference's top arms and added another accolade to an already decorated career after recently becoming the program's all-time strikeout leader. This season, he finished with a 6-4 record with a 3.63 ERA and 56 strikeouts.
Smith also earned First Team recognition following a standout senior campaign at third base. The veteran infielder provided steady defense and consistent production in the middle of the Bobcat lineup while serving as one of the team's leaders throughout the season, hitting .386 with 5 home runs and 25 RBI.
Junior utility player Josh Preston was named to the Second Team after putting together another strong all-around season. Preston's versatility allowed him to contribute in multiple roles for Pitt-Greensburg while remaining one of the team's most reliable offensive performers. On the season, he saw time in the outfield, designated hitter, and pitched. On the season, he hit .341with 2 home runs and 21 RBI.
Three more Bobcats collected Third Team honors, including sophomore relief pitcher Landon Huth, sophomore catcher Jonah Marks, and junior outfielder Colby Rearick.
Huth emerged as a dependable option out of the bullpen during conference play, throwing 36.2 innings with a 3-3 record and 6.63 ERA.
Marks made an immediate impact behind the plate in his sophomore season, catching 5 runners stealing. Offensively, Marks hit .368 with 16 RBI.
Rearick rounded out the honorees after delivering key offensive contributions and solid defense in the outfield throughout the year. Rearick hit .309 with 13 RBI and had a .986 fielding percentage.
The six all-conference selections capped another successful season for Pitt-Greensburg, which advanced to the AMCC Tournament and remained among the conference contenders throughout the spring.
