The Pitt-Greensburg men's golf team continued its strong start to the 2026 season Saturday, placing second at the Pitt-Bradford Kickoff Classic at the Penn-hills Club.  

The Bobcats carded a team score of 305 (+21), finishing just behind host Pitt-Bradford, which posted a 301 (+17).  

Seth Tomalski led the way for Pitt-Greensburg with an impressive two under 69 to finish first overall. Seth started off hot with two birdies, and going three under over his final nine holes. Tomalski finished with 36 on the front nine and 33 on the back nine.  

Louis Nedzinski followed with a 77 (+6), tying for 11th, while Nicholas Thomas posted a 79 (+8) to finish tied for 8th. Ethan Rice rounded out for the four counting scores with an 80 (+9), placing 20th overall. Anthony Treonze finished 5th for the Bobcats, shooting an 83 (+12) to place 33rd.  

Pitt-Greensburg's B team also took course at the Classic, finishing sixth overall with a team score of 326 (+38).  

Ryan Karfelt paced the B team, carding a 76 (+5) to finish 9th. Eli Armstrong and Codi Fennell both finished with 80 (+9), tying for 20th. Jayden Diehl posted an 86 (+15) to finish 40th, while Lucas Judy rounded out the group with a 99 (+28).  

With another strong finish in the books, the Bobcats will tee it up again Tuesday, Sept. 8, at the Elizabeth-town Invitational at Hershey Country Club.
