Men's Basketball Falls to Lycoming

The Bobcat Men's Basketball team is still looking for its first win of the season after dropping its game to Lycoming College on Friday by a score of 75-64. Lycoming controlled most of the game, as there were only two lead changes throughout the course of the game.
 
Micah Jones and JoJo France led the Bobcats in minutes played with Jones being on the court for 33 minutes and France playing 31 minutes. France led Pitt-Greensburg in scoring with 15 points. He also recorded three assist and a steal. Forward Reggie Priah contributed 14 points of his own to go along with seven rebounds in 20 minutes played.
 
Jones also had a solid stat line, scoring 11 points with eight rebounds. Matt Johnson also contributed for the Bobcats, scoring eight points and collecting and assist and a block. Johnson played 28 minutes for the Bobcats.
 
A positive for Pitt-Greensburg is that they outscored Lycoming 24-22 in the paint. This is the first game that the Bobcats outscored its opponents in the paint. The Bobcats also cut its turnover down by almost 15 from last game, recording just ten in the game. UPG was also able to keep Lycoming off the offensive boards, giving up just four second chance points.
