Four Score in Double-Figures; Bobcats Win Second Straight AMCC Game

CRESSON, PA – Four Bobcats scored in double-figures led by JoJo France's 17 to propel Pitt-Greensburg to the team's second win in as many games; defeating Mount Aloysius 72-57. Matt Johnson, Reggie Priah, and Jaylen Williams rounded out the Bobcats double figures scoring. These players accounted for 58 of the team's 72 points.
 
France and Williams played 36 out of the 40 minutes while Johnson and Priah also played over 30 minutes. Jeremiah Crockett stepped into the starting lineup for the first time this season with the absence of Micah Jones.
 
Priah and France shot 50 percent from the field, with Priah having the team high in field goals with seven. France also went 4-of-5 from the free-throw line. Johnson was also solid good for 16 points four rebounds and two assists.
 
Pitt-Greensburg turned the ball over just ten times while they forced the Mounties into ten turnovers of their own. France contributed three steals to that total while Williams added two steals of his own.
 
The Bobcats made just nine field goals in the first half, shooting just over 33 percent. UPG heated up in the second half, making 16 of 30 shots from the field. The team also shot over 54 percent from behind the arc in the second half. While Pitt-Greensburg didn't get to the line as often as they have been in recent games, the team shot 80 percent from the line; going 4-for-4 in the second half. Overall, ten Bobcats got in the scoring column.
