Women's Volleyball Falls to Bethany

GREENSBURG, PA – The Bobcat women's volleyball team started off the week with a match inside Chambers Hall with the Bison of Bethany. The Bison out attacked the Bobcats 32-18 and won three sets to none.
 
Madison Friess and Mia Stohon led the Bobcats, combining for 13of the 18 team kills. Friess also had 11 digs while freshman Abigail Smulik led the team with nine assists. Freshman Rakaiyah Porter was second on the team with five digs, a season high. Tailia Gallgher and Adriana Gilliam led the Bison with 22 assists and 12 kills respectively.
 
Pitt-Greensburg will be back in action on Thursday as they will host the Bearcats of Saint Vincent in the Battle of Route 30.
