Bobcats Fall to Saint Vincent in Exciting Match

GREENSBURG – It was an exciting night of volleyball inside Chambers Hall as Saint Vincent made the trip down Rt. 30 to take on the Bobcats. Saint Vincent took the first, third, and fourth set with Pitt-Greensburg taking the second set. The Bearcats took the match three sets to one.
 
Madison Friess led the Bobcats with 13 digs, 11 kills, and three service aces. Sophomore Mia Stohon had another strong game with nine kills, and freshman Ashlynn Branan had a career-high five kills. Freshman Abigail Smulik also had a career-high with 12 assists and Grace Bradley had 11. Lastly, Rakiyah Porter had 12 digs.
 
The Bobcats will travel to Ohio on Friday to compete in a two-day tournament at Wooster. The Bobcats will play the Fighting Scots tomorrow at 2:30 and Oberlin at 6:30.
