Volleyball Battles; Drops Match to Barons in Four Sets

GREENSBURG: The roof was coming off Chambers Hall this afternoon as the Bobcats Volleyball team was in an intense battle with Franciscan. The Barons came out on top three sets to one.
 
The Bobcats took the first set, but hit some trouble in the middle two sets, and were close to turning it back on in the fourth and final set. Pitt-Greensburg had a total of 27 kills, ten of which coming from freshman Haven King. Sophomore Madison Friess led the team with four aces and 11 digs while junior Grace Bradley had 10 assists and Abigail Smulik had nine.
 
Pitt-Greensburg will be back in Chambers Hall on Tuesday as they will host Bethany at 7:00 PM.
